Hi!
My name is Laura and I am from Finland and I live in central Finland in Jyväskylä.
I've been doing Workaway since March 2019. I have been helping in a farm taking care of animals and doing some garden work, wood chopping and making fences. I have now experience in taking care of horses, sheep, cows, chicken, different kinds of birds, donkeys etc.. I have Been riding horses also. I enjoy all the tasks that have been given so I am not a very picky person.. I want to experience more by finding some nice places from countryside or north where to help, get to know local people, take care of animals and learn new things. :)
My background is in arts and cooking which are my two previous professions. Currently I'm doing a bachelors degree in nursing.
I'm really an animal lover and my dearest hobby is horse riding. I have a dog called Mami.
Other than that I have experience in cleaning and customer service in restaurants.
I am definitely interested in learning some new skills..
