I'm retired and living in Portugal and have a house ( builded myself) in Belgium where my wife is living. Four years ago I builded a passief house for my daughter all by myself. I'm an engineer in elek/mech and worked mor than 40 years ( militaire school, chemical plant, nuclear plant). I'm always busy and helping out people. ( also teaching). I speak nederlands, engels, frans, german and can read spannish, italian and portugees. My happiness is meting and helping people, I love to travel with my BMW-motor and visit countries in Europa. For the moment I'm staying in the East-Algarve and every now and then go to Belgium. So, if I can help you out with anything give me call.

I builded two houses all by myself. So all the skills you need to accomplish that ,I have. Working in the garden, painting, cooling/heating, roofs, swimming pools and many more. I'm an energy expert. Can teach math, physics, mechanica, electricity . And the things I can't I can learn.
