My wife and I are taking a six-month adventure as part of our honeymoon, and we're thrilled to be doing Workaway as a way to immerse ourselves in new cultures and connect with amazing people. Matthew - I’m a project manager by trade, so have great organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail to everything I do. Outside of work, I’m a passionate graphic designer, so can help with visual projects particularly web based. Additionally, I’m pretty handy and enjoy fixing things, whether it’s basic repairs or figuring out how to get something working again. I’m ready to dive in and help wherever needed - and if you need an extra player on a sports team, count me in!
Halisha - I work as a manufacturing engineer, so I’m skilled in problem-solving, working with a team and generally making things run smoothly. I love getting hands-on and finding practical solutions to challenges. Outside of work, I’m a Scouts leader, which has given me experience in leadership, teamwork, and organizing activities for groups of children. I’m also passionate about anything outdoors—whether it’s hiking, camping, or just being in nature, I’m always up for an adventure. I’m ready to contribute my technical skills, leadership experience, and love for the outdoors to any project or task that comes my way!
