More details about your skills
Gardening:
I volunteered in a herbal medicine retreat in Canada, where I helped out in the herb and veggie gardens and learned about medicinal plants. I've also volunteered in a permacultural farm in Colombia, where I learned e.g. how to create biochar or use microbiotic fertilizer. I've read a lot about organic gardening ideas so I might be able to provide inspiration if you're new to it.
Children:
I love kids and apart from the neighbours' kids from time to time, I also have experience taking care of children from volunteering in an afternoon programme for refugee children (5 - 15 years) in my home town. This month I will be volunteering in a Cambodian school as an English teacher.
Elderly care:
I volunteered in a hospital in Israel for 7 months and learned about nursing, contact with elderly and ill people and family members. My most valuable lesson was how to stay calm and manage the various challenging situations that can occur in a hospital. I can also share with you my favorite Israeli/Arabic breakfast and dessert recipes!
Animals:
Huge dog lover! I grew up with dogs (and bunnies) and have experience with dog-sitting as a side job. I recently volunteered in a shelter for sick street dogs in Thailand. I love and respect all animals.
Hospitality:
I've worked in a cafe and bakery in my home town. I volunteered at the front desk in a hostel in Colombia. I've helped out as a bartender for my friends' events a few times.
Psychology:
I have a bachelors degree in clinical psychology. I can guide meditation and relaxation exercises (e.g. PMR after Jacobson), and educate about mental illness or other topics.
Hobbies:
I can play the guitar and I love making music and singing together. I'm happy to teach you the basics of the instruments I can play. I can share my favorite recipes from the places I've travelled with you. I have some have basic know-how about filming and editing that I can share/contribute.
I have an international driver's license.Age

I like to play card, board, and other games! Will never refuse a game of Durak (Russian card game).
I've recently started to turn into a book worm and history nerd? I sure did not see that coming, but that's just what it is now.
I like to go fishing.
I like creative expression through film, drawing, painting, writing or fotography.
I try to practice mindfulness in my day to day. Some more information
