Description

I am especially willing to help with outdoor work, e.g. in a national park, landscape park or nature reserve. This could be renovating or marking forest paths, hiking trails, bike trails, trekking trails or mountain trails, cleaning the forest, beach or hiking trails, counting animals or trees, placing camera traps, projects to protect or reintroduce endangered species, collecting data and processing results, stocking a water reservoir, rebuilding bird nests, adding food to feeders and other activities useful to plants and animals.

I like walks, hiking and cycling in the bosom of nature, silence, nature and animals (including domestic ones), taking pictures outdoors and recording videos. As a child and teenager, I had canaries, hamsters, a hedgehog, dogs and cats under my care, and at my grandmother's, grandfather's and great-grandfather's in the countryside I helped with pigs, cows, chickens, bees, in the garden, on the plot, in the orchard, in the field, meadow and in the garden. So I think that I will be able to handle taking care of plants or animals in the garden, on the plot, in the house or around the summer house without the slightest problem.

I respect people, animals, nature and take care of things. I follow the rules of stay established by the owner. What do I not do? I do not smoke cigarettes (or other nasty things), do not take drugs, drink alcohol, do not destroy, do not litter, do not make noise.

And what do I do? I teach children, teenagers and adults online: mainly mathematics and English , I can teach Excel (I have many years of experience working with it) and help with programs like Word and Power Point.

I teach children, teenagers and adults online: mainly mathematics and English. I can teach Excel (I have many years of experience working with it) and help with programs like Word and Power Point.

As a child and teenager, I had canaries, hamsters, a hedgehog, dogs and cats under my care, and at my grandmother's, grandfather's and great-grandfather's in the countryside I helped with pigs, cows, chickens, bees, in the garden, on the plot, in the orchard, in the field, meadow and in the garden. So I think that without the slightest problem I will be able to handle taking care of plants or animals in the house or around the summer house, in the garden or on the plot.

I am a Qualified Tourism Instructor with a specialization in Cycling Tourism. I can organize and lead (in Polish, English, German or Spanish) a walking, cycling or scooter trip through forests, trails, by the sea, lake, river or in the mountains (even in a place I have never been). I can advise you on what backpack to choose, what to take with you on such a trip and how to pack it so that (among other things) it is small and light. I can tell you how to breathe efficiently and actively, how to walk (technically and low-energy), what shoes to choose, how to take care of your legs and feet during long trips. I can advise you on how to combine walking and cycling with hitchhiking and public transport and how this increases the possibilities and range of such trips. I can figure out the transport system of a given city or region. I can help you plan your trips from the airport to the city and from the city to the airport (any country and airport). I can plan a trip abroad for a single person, couple, family or group on my own, including one-day trips, or in the case of a trip with a travel agency, just one-day trips. I travel a lot, so I can advise you on how to travel with only hand luggage while taking everything you need.

I am a dancer. I danced various styles, but I liked disco samba and salsa the most (on 1, or so-called Los Angeles style). Disco samba is a functional dance on 2, danced to the music played at every wedding and disco. I will gladly teach (in Polish, English, German or Spanish) these dances. I will teach a woman how to be led, and a man how to lead.

I am also an analyst, a business and process analyst and I will be able to help in these areas as well. I can suggest how to learn, study and develop (I mean personal development here).

During my studies, I trained in athletics (in the hall and stadium triple jump and sprints up to 300 m and relays up to 200 m inclusive) always (4 years of competitions) bringing back medals from the Polish Academic Championships in the category of Economic Schools, so I could teach breathing techniques, walking, running and movement in general.

For 4 years I was the Ambassador of cedarpoint.com for Poland and worked in the USA in such departments as Human Resources, Traffic, Accommodation, Foods (restaurants and cafeterias), Park Operation (park operation) communicating with people, improving processes, procedures, flows of information, people and products and interdepartmental cooperation, so I can also help improve the functioning of agritourism, hotels, restaurants or cafeterias.
