Description
Hello! We are Niklas and Julia, a friendly and open-minded couple from Germany, aged 28 and 25, both holding a Master’s degree in Digital Business Management. After completing our studies, we want to explore the world, discover new cultures, meet interesting people, and gain valuable experiences. We are motivated by our curiosity for the unknown and the joy of gaining new perspectives – we are adventurous and always positively minded.
Julia has already traveled almost all of Central America, and Niklas has undertaken numerous backpacking trips through Europe – we love actively discovering the world. Now, we are drawn to countries with rich culture and impressive natural beauty to learn more about the world and ourselves. Professionally, Julia brings experience from working in a nursing home and at BMW, while Niklas has worked in animal rescue and process and IT consulting. We have a special love for animals: our dog Emma currently lives with Niklas’s parents, and we are excited about Workaway projects where we can work with animals and people.
Our hobbies include traveling, enjoying nature, various sports, and connecting with new people. We are new to Workaway but bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude – ready to contribute actively, learn new things, and work together to achieve great results.

I bring expertise in working with people, along with strong organizational skills from my work in a nursing home and professional experience in the corporate world. I, Niklas, have traveled to several countries without fixed accommodation. I possess problem-solving skills, am handy and practical, and have hands-on experience in animal rescue.
