Bonjour!
For 5 years now, I am the proud owner of 2 food trucks. One specialized in French crêpes, (I cannot deny where my roots lie :) and another one in which we only prepare vega(n) meals. It turned into a lifestyle that brings me freedom and the opportunity to share delicious, colourful, healthy, vega(n) food with other people.
It also emphasizes my personality, creative, venturous, and authentic. Just go for what you really want, despite of what other people might think of it. The buzziest period concerning the food trucks is from May untill September. This means that I am available for other activities from October untill April. It gives me the opportunity to take on new international adventures and share my experience with people elsewhere.
Before my foodtruck/catering/event business, I mostly worked in account management. My previous business experience was for Stabilo Education, a German company. Because of this international business experience, I am at ease in international settings and have no problems communicating in both English and German and a bit of French. My experience as international account manager also contributed to my organisation, communication and management skills. I am very flexible and can be self starting as well as work in a team.
When working in a team I would like to be surrounded with people who all in their own way work hard and contribute to our mutual goal. That might be a social goal or could be about sustainability . Let's work together to preserve and enjoy the beautiful things in life. Bring a bit of happiness and let's create a better world together.
I can be really determined to reach my goals and work hard. But I stay balanced because I know how to reload, relax and enjoy. Hiking, enjoying beautiful nature and delicious food keep me going.

Keep balanced. Work hard to reach whatever goal you want and enjoy the beautifull things in life. To me that is do what you love and love what you're doing.
I love my children, family, friends (and dog :) therefor I think it's important to set an example of how to be authentic and go for what you think is important despite of what other people might think of it. I can only hope they love me back for being who I want to be even if this means that I need to go out into the world and explore what lies beyond now and then.

She is a great weedcleaner and cleaned around my whole house.
She worked very fast and exact.
She also cleaned my house and the pool during here stay very profoundly.
