Hi! :)
I’m Peter and I’m looking to do my first Workaway. I’m an architecture student from York, England, and I have a chance to travel this Spring. It will be really good to stay with people and help them with their project or little business! I’ll get to meet new people while experiencing a different way of life and learning new things.
I hope to find good, friendly people to spend this time with.

I enjoy reading, playing squash and getting out into the countryside or to the coast. I’m interested in history, art and old buildings, among many other things!
I like learning about traditions and histories of places I travel to. And I like visiting the markets and trying the food! Getting to live with some locals and having them share their culture with me is something I will be very grateful for.

I look forward to meeting my host and helping them with whatever it is they do. I’m happy doing jobs I know or learning something new!

I can cook, clean, and do general household tasks. I enjoy gardening and I have experience in horticulture and agriculture. I also have lots of experience in customer service. I like being helpful and making people feel welcome.

I’m equally happy trying something new and learning new skills. I enjoy DIY projects but need to be shown what to do. I have some construction knowledge from studying architecture but not much practical experience.

I’d be happy to help people improve their English too!

It will be a good feeling to know I’ve earned my stay by working hard and helping my host with their project!
