Hi there!
We are Simone and Sam, a recently graduated and engaged couple from Antwerp, Belgium. Before we get married and start working, we have taken a year off to explore Asia to the full extent! We fell in love with the beauty of its different cultures a long time ago and are eager to experience it firsthand while working together with various people around the continent. We have both worked in hospitality for many years now and love working with our hands in our free time. Gardening, building and renovating, cooking, animal care, … you name it, we love doing it 😊 Sam has a master’s in Civil Engineering with a focus on sustainability and Simone has one in Spanish & English Language and Linguistics and one in International Relations & Diplomacy with a focus on sustainability and environmental conflict resolution. With these degrees in our pockets, we aspire to travel the world teaching English, learning other trades, working in construction, discovering different approaches to permaculture, making friends and memories, and losing ourselves in other cultures along the way. We are very open-minded and curious, always eager to learn more and wishing to try anything and everything! We are really looking forward to working and connecting with all of you!
