Hello! I am an enthusiastic, positive and very creative person. Most of my life I had being dedicated to arts, music, holistic therapies, & different kind of meditation techniques as sungazing, whirling dance, holotropic breathing, body work, etc. I had graduated from graphic design I worked in visual graphic art & desing for more than 10 years. With experience in publicity, animation, branding & photograpy.
Actually I am dedicated to design holistic events & holistic healing experiences and reestarting with wellness retreats. I share meditation & mindfulness workshops and a special sound healing musictherapy with Celtic harps. I am also Reiki healer, and meditator. I share workshops about meditation (different práctices and techniques that are part of my life) I had being sharing harp healing sessions since more than 11 years ago so I have a lot of experience working with groups, and individuals sharing this therapy and healing experiences.
I am a Nature lover, so I prefer the peaceful places in the middle of wild life instead of cities. I am also trying to live a more balance kind of life between Mind, Body and Soul connected with the Spirit of this beautiful Planet, Nature and Universe.
I had being traveling since long ago and had visited different countries like: US, Spain, Guatemala, Belize, Colombia, Honduras, El Salvador, México, Italy, Holland, Argentina, Uruguay, Brasil, Cayman Island, Jamaica, Cuba and England. I love pretty much and feel the need of living in nature specialy near the sea, mountain, rivers and lakes. I am also a reiki healer, health coach and therapist, now I am trying to share with others my own experience of life through music, arts or simple helping others on their personal projects to help this planet become a more lovely and peaceful place to live. :)
I have recently being traveling by bycicle and returned from traveling around Guatemala, Honduras and Roatán Island. I spent great time meeting new people, culture and Nature.
I am very respectful, calm, honest and open mind person.
