Description
After discovering some magnificent places in France and Europe (on treks and with a van), in 2025 we're embarking on a tour of Asia. As nature lovers, we're passionate about discovering and protecting our environment. We particularly appreciate the enriching encounters, the discovery of new cultures and the sharing of experiences that create links and meaning. We'll be delighted to put our knowledge and skills to good use (photography, video, sustainable development, cooking, gardening, farm management, etc.) and to learn lots of other things!

Background: We are both agricultural engineers. Sylvère specialises in the marine environment and Emma in land-based agriculture.
Languages spoken: Our mother tongue is French. We speak English well. Sylvere speaks a little Spanish and Emma, Italian.
Skills: Emma has worked on farms, in particular with dairy sheep and goats, where she was involved in processing them into yoghurt and cheese, as well as permaculture /gardening. Sylvere is a keen fisherman (rod and harpoon). He is also an expert in fish processing. We're both curious and keen to learn new skills. We love to try out new things on a regular basis, such as making our own kombucha, lacto-ferments, yoghurts, cold meats and beers. Although we're beginners at handiwork, we enjoy working with our hands, and Sylvere has started training in woodworking. We do a lot of photos and videos, we have the equipment for.Age
