Hey, my name is Ben.

With a few Workaway experiences now and meeting and living together with people from Australia, New Zealand, Japan, USA, Mexico, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and Poland. Workaway gives me a unique opportunity to meet interesting people from all over the world. Finding friends, listen to exciting (travel) stories and getting to know the wisdom of different cultural backgrounds along that journey, was and still is enriching for me.

I am learning so many new tasks on the way, like driving a digger, doing jointing and woodwork. Most of the time I had the feeling of staying with friends and supporting them in their projects which I really appreciated.

I am interested in different cultures and people in general, which made me study Geography and Educational Science.

In my professions I am an Event Organizer, Creative Adviser and Business Trainer.

I appreciate being around inspiring people who have a balanced and creative attitude towards life.

Over the years I had the chance to gain knowledge in a variety of tasks, from co-creating and building an alternative community to artcraft with wood (woodcarving), woodturning, and whittling, homeschooling, housesitting, working on construction, driving a digger, jointing, cleaning bricks, doing farmwork, painting, building a chicken house, taking care of animals, and organizing social events.

I am glad to meet and get to know a nice host, that has a balanced and creative attitude towards nature and life. Who dances to the song of life in his/her own unique way and who I share deep belley laughs together with.

I always like to learn new and interesting things and I am happy to learn new things from you. Maybe there is also something I can teach you. I am also interested to get to know the place and the country, where I am staying, maybe old wisdom still beeing lived.
