Description
We are two girls (Latvian and German) traveling in our minivan through Europe. We met in the Netherlands while studying Public Administration. Now that our studies are over, we are keen on gaining new perspectives, self-development, meeting new people, and enjoying life while traveling :)
Beate: Although I am from a flat country Latvia, I have always loved skiing and mountains. Besides that, I have always enjoyed learning new skills and right now those are coding, guitar, and surfing.
Clara: I am from Germany, love cooking, and am interested in learning about different cultures as well as their traditional dishes. I really love the ocean and hope to be living somewhere close to it someday. That's what also makes me very interested in watersports such as scuba diving and surfing (although I am still a beginner).
Besides our native languages, we are fluent in English and always looking for opportunities to learn more languages! We are both animal and nature lovers and enjoy good vegetarian food. Additionally, we enjoy outdoor sports such as hiking, and surfing and are always looking for new adventures, which we are hoping to find in workaway. :)

We have both worked in hospitality service for years, so we know how to communicate with different people and how to be friendly even in the most bizarre situations. This includes cafes, restaurants, bars, and hotels.
We also both have had pets, such as dogs, cats, rabbits, and ferrets, so we know how to take care of animals. Additionally, Clara has been horseriding so is familiar with horses and their caretaking.
As we built our little van ourselves, we can be quite handy around smaller building projects.
Nevertheless, we are always ready to learn something new and are confident that we can pick up new skills fast.
