My name is BG Cave, and I am from Charlottesville, Virginia. I am a rising third-year student at Wake Forest University in the United States, where I have a scholarship in Theatre Performance. I am majoring in Theatre with a double minor in Film & Media Studies and Interdisciplinary Humanities. After graduation, I hope to pursue a career in acting, but I am also eager to travel the world. This fall, I will be studying abroad in Venice, and I am spending my summer at a Shakespeare school in London. I am looking for a two-week Workaway opportunity between the end of my Shakespeare program and the start of my fall semester abroad.

Outside of acting, my interests include dancing (especially styles from around the world), singing, competitive swimming, swim instruction, making coffee, crafting, animals, advocacy, and anything related to wellness. I have been working since I was 13 years old and understand the value of hard work - I am excited for any work opportunities, big or small! This summer, I am especially interested in working with an animal rescue organization, as I am passionate about animals and the environment. I am also drawn to wellness or yoga retreats, as I love personal wellness and strongly believe in the connection between mental and physical strength.

I have taught swim lessons since I was 13 years old and can teach any age range of any ability level. Any activities in the water I am very comfortable with and I was a serious club swimmer for a long time. I am also a barista and can make coffees, lattes, matcha, and other beverages. I know how to cook and clean as well as take care of children and animals, as my family has had a dog boarding business for 20 years. But mostly I have had a lot of experience teaching and coaching kids and teenagers. I am up to any task given to me and am extremely confident that with directions I can complete any work. I am also very experienced in the world of music, arts, and dance!
