A 22 years old French and Canadian individual, passionate about social sciences, literature, arts and nature.
In my free time, I love to take long walks in nature, read books, draw and meet new people. I’m very extroverted and always open to new experiences.
I grew up in the south of France with a French dad and Canadian mom. When I turned 18, I decided to come to Montreal, a city which I’ve grown to love, to do a bachelor’s degree in sociology at McGill University before going back to Europe for a master’s degree at the University of Amsterdam. I am now on a gap year to take some time off from studying to explore more of Quebec and Canada, discover new places and modes of living.
In short, I’m looking to travel across Quebec and Canada to reconcile with my Canadian roots and meet inspiring locals. I want to embrace new ways of living and take an active part in the communities that I’ll meet along the way.

J'ai grandi dans le sud de la France d’un père français et d’une mère canadienne. À 18 ans, j'ai décidé de partir vivre à Montréal pour faire un baccalauréat en sociologie à l'Université McGill, avant de retourner en Europe pour une maitrise à l'Université d'Amsterdam. Maintenant, je suis en année sabbatique pour prendre une pause des études, pour explorer davantage le Québec et le Canada et découvrir de nouveaux lieux et modes de vie.
Je cherche simplement à voyager à travers le Québec et le Canada pour redécouvrir des espaces que je connais peu, rencontrer des habitants inspirants et prendre une part active dans les communautés que je rencontrerai en chemin.

I have strong experience baby-sitting, have worked in a café/restaurant/bar for 8 months while living in Amsterdam and have experience teaching. I’m interested in working with customers, baby-sitting children and helping in any way I can.
I have a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in research in social sciences. My future goals are to start a PhD in sociology.

I absolutely love board games, card games, having long conversations and doing anything creative. I love hiking, taking long walks in nature and wild camping. I'm also slowly learning kitesurf but that's still a work in progress...
J'adore les jeux de société, les jeux de cartes, avoir de longues conversations et faire des activités créatives. J'aime aussi la randonnée, les longues balades en pleine nature et le camping sauvage. Je me mets doucement au kitesurf, mais c'est encore en cours d'apprentissage...
