Hello! It’s been a few years since I last did Workaway, but it’s time to go again and I hope you’ll be a part of it.

I’ve worked on farms, in hostels, and with smaller family projects, such as taking care of a property. These have been some of the greatest joys in my life, and certainly some of my most cherished memories

By trade, I’m a web developer but my strong suit is working with people! I love getting to know others, having meaningful conversations, and having a good time, whatever the job. I also play guitar and sing, and can help with any A/V needs.

On previous Workaways, I’ve mostly helped with tending to land: planting and harvesting vegetables on an organic farm in Italy, building fences in Australia, taking care of a property in Croatia, among other experiences. Working with my hands, especially with others, brings me great joy and I’d be happy to get involved with whatever is most needed at your place.

Music is a huge part of my life. Americana/folk music is my current obsession, but I’m into virtually all music. Books and movies are my next greatest passion. Anything from Stephen King and history books to Akira Kurosawa movies.

Ultimately, I hope to integrate as much as possible with whatever society I'm visiting; to learn the culture, make friends, learn and contribute as much as possible, and make real connections with real people. These are my goals for Workaway, and I hope you'll be a part of them.

What else ...

My last workaway trip was a 3 month solo backpacking trip around Eastern Europe. I learned and grew more in those 3 months than I ever had before. That was in 2021.
Before then, I spent a month working on a sheep farm in NSW, Australia with my buddies! Another lifetime highlight.
So, while I’m familiar with the Workaway process, I’d love to continue learning and growing.
