Hello! My name is Evelyn and I am passionate about making a positive difference to the world, whether that be through my professional career or through volunteering. In my professional career, I am an Environmental Scientist from Australia. I will be embarking on a year of travels in 2025 and am looking forward to meeting people from around the world, learning from others, and sharing my knowledge too. I love learning about other people's cultures. Although I love sightseeing, I especially enjoy experiencing how locals truly live!

In my professional career, I have worked in contaminated sites, renewable energy and environmental impact assessment. Outside of my professional career, I have strong customer service skills having worked in hospitality and retail for 4 years. I have also taught children English, and volunteered in a turtle conservation program, wetland and coastal restoration projects, and wildlife conservation programs.
I am a clean person by nature, and am great at keeping things clean and tidy! As my career suggests, I am environmentally conscious and use sustainable practices in my life where I can.
I play the piano and saxophone, and am happy to teach beginners how to play music, should this be an interest!
