Description
Hey! I’m a traveler, yoga teacher, and artist with a deep love for nature, community, and slow, intentional living. I’ve spent the past few years involved in everything from permaculture work and hostel support to wellness programs and community organizing. I’m curious by nature and love throwing myself into new environments where I can learn, contribute, and connect.
I’ve previously volunteered in Colombia, where I helped with gardening, taught yoga, supported daily hostel life, and contributed to permaculture projects. I’ve also worked in creative, educational, and wellness-focused spaces — from organizing events to co-leading group workshops and helping develop community programs.
My core strengths are adaptability, thoughtful communication, and a calm but proactive approach to whatever work is needed — whether that’s hands-on physical labor, welcoming guests, teaching a yoga class, or helping around the kitchen. I’m also an artist, and I love adding color and creativity to spaces when invited (think murals, design help, or hand-painted signs).
I’m happiest when I’m around people who care about what they do — whether it’s farming, hosting, building, or creating — and when I get to be part of something that feels rooted in place and purpose.
Looking forward to connecting and contributing where I can!Interests

More details about your skills
I bring a flexible and diverse set of skills depending on what’s needed. I’m a certified yoga teacher and qualified personal trainer/exercise specialist, with a focus on creating supportive, inclusive spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, breath, and environment. I’m interested in many forms of healing and connection — including how we relate to ourselves, each other, and the natural world.
I’ve taught yoga in both structured and informal settings, run fitness sessions, and worked with people of various levels and abilities. I also have experience in hostels and hospitality, supporting day-to-day tasks like check-in, guest support, cleaning, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
My past volunteer work includes permaculture projects, organic gardening, and eco-building, and I’m comfortable with hands-on physical work like planting, painting, or maintenance. I’m also an artist, and I love contributing through creative projects like murals, signage, or design elements when the opportunity arises.
Beyond the physical, I’ve worked in community wellness spaces, helped coordinate group programs, and supported healing circles and events — bringing compassion, reliability, and adaptability to every setting. I’m equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Whatever the task — whether it’s helping cook meals, support guests, teach movement, or clean up a garden — I bring presence, care, and curiosity.Age

What else ...
I’m always curious to learn new things, especially when it involves creative work, movement practices, or different ways of living in connection with nature. I’m interested in healing practices, ecology, and the different ways people create meaningful community — even in small, everyday moments.
Outside of yoga and art, I spend time reading, writing, hiking, and exploring new landscapes slowly. I also enjoy contributing to shared spaces in thoughtful ways — whether through conversation, helping out where needed, or just showing up with a calm and respectful energy. Some more information
