We love to learn new languages, and currently are working on our German and Albanian skill (beginner level still, but improving fast ;) As native portugese speakers, we're eager to teach our language, and also share a little bit about Brazilian culture.

Both of us have experience in hospitality businesses, house/pet sitting, cooking, retail, and with customer service in general - apart from music and visual arts projects, both in South America and in Europe.

About João: a 'veteran handyman' (home care and repairs are his strong suits ;), IT/Computer technician and technology enthusiast - and a great guitarist. He is very hands-on, skillful and resourceful - an amazing conversationalist, always up for hard work and always with a smile on his face.

About Isabelle: a sociology Bachelor, she is a kindhearted and attentive person who makes sure that every detail is cared for in whatever she is set to do - from talking, to selling, to cleaning, to playing her melodica for the crowd - going through great lengths to please and appease people around.

We love music and play several instruments, and João is also a great singer - so we're kind of a walking party :P

Apart from that we enjoy spending time in nature, being outdoors, taking long walks/ hikes/ trails and exploring the city on foot.

We're looking for friends, adventures, and great stories, motivated about meeting new people, their values and traditions, having cultural exchanges, and fostering unity - going beyond the usual tourist agenda.
