Hi! I am a free spirit who is amazed and wondered about the world, human connection, the richness of culture and the beauty of nature. I've decided to live to the full extent of freedom and explore this big wide earth we call our home while remaining open and accepting to all experiences. At the moment I am particularly intrested in all things wellness and sustainability. I crave activities like yoga, meditation, culture, nature, art, ayurveda. In adittion I love to get my hands in the earth, buiding with natural and recycled materials and creating a sustainable and eco-friendly homestead. My dream is to create and eco-village that is completely off grid, biodynamic with a food forest and share it with a like minded conscious community. I am hooked onto earthships and cobb building and would like to learn everything there is about them. Other passions include helping/ serving others, caring for children, cooking and eating, photograpghy and always mental and physical well being.

Most of my work experience has been in customer service and hospitality. I have worked in restaurants my whole life since my mother had her own in Mexico when I was 12. I enjoyed it very much since I love offering the best possible experience to others, it feels great to contibute to their joy. I also enjoy food from all types of cuisines. I thrive in fast paced environments. After high school I pursued a cosmetology certification and learned about skincare and how to give delicious facials and facial massages. After this I ventured to Northern California, wine country, and studied a 2 year certification in wine studies.I explored all aspects from grape harvest, winemaking to business management, sales and service/hospitality. I focused on working with sustanaible and organic grape farming and working with brands that are minority and woman owned. I managed the brand and was in charge of outreach, sales, tasting experience, wine and food pairings, social media and marketing. I am no longer doing a career in alcohol and have steered my life into a path a welness and self discovery. I now focus on studying subjects like bio construction and have worked on several projects with adobe and cob. More interests include health, studying yoga, mediatation, organic farming and healthy cooking.
Outside of work, I am also the eldest of 8 children. I know how to care for them and this also where I learned how to cook. I speak fluent english and spanish and very beginner french.
