Hi, I’m Hinata from Japan, currently based in Switzerland for my Master’s in Management. I’ve lived in Italy before and gained hands-on experience on farms—harvesting zucchini, caring for animals in Piemonte, and working on a rice farm in Japan. I’m also a professional recipe developer, specializing in pastries and bread, and love learning local home cooking wherever I go. I’ve traveled to nearly 40 countries and always try to take a cooking class in each one. Nature brings me joy—whether it’s hiking in the mountains or surfing by the sea.
