I am a 25 year old artist from Houston, Texas who was raised on farm life and horses, and yearn to get back to both. I am lucky to have an art-centered career that I'm deeply passionate about and can handle from anywhere as long as I have my laptop and a sketchpad. Growing up, my family didn't have the funds to explore much outside of our city, so now that I'm able to work from my computer, travel has been my biggest priority and I'm extremely proud to have taken solo trips to 7 different countries in the past few years! Each solo trip or work exchange has enriched my life in every possible way. I am excited to be back in the work exchange world, as I did a wonderful farm stay on Maui in 2018 that truly changed my life and broadened my horizons in ways I didn't anticipate, and I can't wait to meet some more awesome families and communities!

I love the off grid life, and I find my happy place is in the sunshine, riding and working with horses, or working the land. I'm an artist (both for hobby and for careeer), and my favorite art forms include ceramics, woodworking, clothing design, painting, graphic design, website design, photography, and drawing. My dog Bunny and I love to trail run together and I love to try to identify fungi and flowers on our adventures, and learn about the ones I can't identify. Biking is my favorite mode of transportation and I much prefer it over my car because being outside and sweating is one of my favorite "stress management" tools and brings me so much joy! As a hobby gardener, I mostly grow flowers for my butterfly garden, but want to become excellent at growing my own food. Big fan of a card game, and love a nice deep chat around a fire with friends or strangers.
