We are a couple that have been together for over 4 years. My name is Peyton, I grew up in Iowa and moved to Madison, WI about 3 years ago to work in IT. I was faced with a diagnosis of Hodgkin's Lymphoma shortly after moving to Madison, and won my battle last May. This made me want to live my life to its fullest. My partner's name is Anna, she also grew up in my hometown in Iowa and was an exchange student in Spain in high school before returning to Spain for college at Saint Louis University - Madrid. Anna will graduate college in May of 2025 with a bachelor's in International Studies and a minor in Biology. She has traveled often during her college career and loved every trip, and wanted to share similar experiences with me. Upon her graduation, we hope to travel the world during the summer of 2025. We aren't only interested in the travelling aspect of this program, but also learning what its like to work hard in unfamiliar places, immerse ourselves in different cultures, and help to build global community. We are hoping to meet as many people as we can on this adventure, and experience the world in a unique way through this program.

Peyton is fluent in English and is at an intermediate level with his Spanish skills. Anna is fluent in both English and Spanish and has experience teaching both languages to children. Anna also speaks beginner Arabic. Peyton is open to teaching English despite having little experience with teaching. We are both very open to learning new languages.

What else ...

Our favorite board game to play together is Catan. Anna loves to go bachata and salsa dancing, she has eleven years of ballet training. Her favorite ballet she has been a part of is the annual production of the Nutcracker which she had performed in 8 years in a row. Anna has a great interest in philosophy and mastering her own mind. Peyton has six years of karate training, and placed first in sparring in two state karate tournaments and participated in high school and community theatre. Most weekends he will be playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends, or playing games in virtual reality. Peyton is on a constant journey to better himself and learn new skills.
