I’m Thuy Duong, an English lecturer from Vietnam with over 9 years of teaching experience. Currently, I’m based in Bien Hoa City, near Ho Chi Minh City, and I’m passionate about language education.

Description

Achieving the Master of TESOL of Edith Cowan University (Australia) last year, I’m really passionate about cultural exchange and connecting with people through education. Working as the Head of English Major in Sonadezi College of Technology and Management, I’ve had the chance to welcome volunteers from places like India, Japan, Indonesia, Brazil, Turkey, and Korea to my college. These experiences have been amazing, as they’ve allowed me to learn from different cultures while creating a diverse learning environment for my students.
Because of this, I’m excited to explore opportunities to work with colleges and universities around the world. I’d love to share my teaching knowledge while learning more about other education systems and cultures. Whether it’s teaching, running workshops, or joining exchange programs, I believe global collaboration can lead to great learning experiences for everyone involved.
Outside of work, I enjoy picking up new skills and getting creative with hobbies like sewing, baking, and computing. I’m always eager to share ideas, learn new things, and build connections that inspire growth and understanding.
