Hey! I'm Sam, and I'm a 23 year old university student from the UK, doing a degree in Spanish and Italian.

I'm a hard-working, happy, positive and chilled person. I would say I am happiest when outside, playing sports, running, cooking, and in the company of children and animals.

I have experience working in a restaurant, in Spain as a monitor at a kids sports activities camp, as well as in Mexico in 2023, where I stayed with a family for 6 weeks, helping around the house and with their 4 year old. This year I have worked as an English language assistant at a secondary school in Sicily.

I am an intermediate level in Spanish and Italian.

I'm great with kids, I have experience working as a monitor in a kids activities camp in Spain, where I looked after large groups of 8-10 year old kids, organizing activities and teaching English. I spent 6 weeks with a lovely family in Mexico, where I helped with their 4 year old kid, playing and teaching some English, and I was able to really improve my Spanish. This year I worked in a secondary school in Sicily teaching English. I also love spending time with my two cousins who are 7 and 10. I love caring for pets, I have a 3 year old dog and have had dogs all my life.

I worked in a restaurant as a chef but also helped with the cleaning of the kitchen and washing up. I have experience with gardening and am more than happy to help with long outdoor tasks. I am good with technology and can definitely help with anything to do with computers or social media etc.

Most importantly I am a quick learner, and cannot wait to learn some new things!
