Hi, I'm Siobhan! I am an avid lover of travel and immersing myself in culture. I am a professional person who is seeking an opportunity to give back to the world in any way I can. I am artistic, deep thinker who is not afraid to get stuck in on a task or challenge! I am a quick learner and always enjoy turning my mind to a new challenge. My friends would describe me as free spirited, caring, inquisitive, passionate and driven.

I have worked since I was 14 and I am now more than double that so I have a wide range of varied experience! I am a problem solver and love a challenge so more than happy to have a chat to see where I could ‘slot in’!

I am an experienced solo traveller and first time workawayer! I have Interrailled across Europe, spent a lot of time in my home Hong Kong, travelled across Japan for a month, and spent time in Korea and Canada. I am part Chinese, part Irish and have grown up more so immersed in my Chinese culture so I have a unique cultural mix and love engaging in all types of conversations. I was born in Hong Kong and also spent some time living in Dubai when I was young due to my fathers job.

I am an artistic person and I love to paint when I get the time. I also enjoy hiking and just generally being outside in nature, soaking up all of the outdoorsy goodness! I can cook and am keen to learn new recipes or try new cooking styles. I am happy to help out with general chores and some DIY tasks.

In my spare time, I spend a lot of time at music festival and gigs! I feel best when surrounded by music, dancing and happy, easy going vibes. I have volunteered at festivals previously.

I am a huge lover of animals! I have always grown up around dogs and cats. I have a dog of my own who is coming up to 13 years old - I have had her since she was a tiny baby and when I was 17 so, we have grown up together! My father worked in horse racing for 40 years so I have grown up on Stud Farms and around racecourses.
I am very comfortable around animals and I am not shy to get my hands dirty. I love dogs and being surrounded by dogs. My parents have a Boxer dog who is so fun and happy go lucky but has many Heath issues. I have helped to care for her over the years and am experienced in looking after animals who require more specific and considered care. My own dog is a terrier and is as hardy as they come! Even in her older years, she is full of character, life and energy. She really keeps me on my toes but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I would treat your dogs and animals like my own, as I do with all animals I come across.

I am passionate about social justice and activism and dedicate some of my time to these causes. I believe in helping each other to lead to greater good and quality of life for all and I am also passionate about saving our precious planet! I am open minded, inclusive and empathetic.

I am at a point in my life where I feel most value is in human connection and helping others in any way that you can.

I am a part qualified lawyer specialising in intellectual property. I have a law degree and a post graduate certification in trade mark law - I will soon be going on to my final year of university before I qualify. I'm not as boring as I sound I promise! I like to say that I am an oxymoron, I am free spirited yet logical and empathetic in my thinking.

I am a creative at heart and love nothing more than to travel and immerse myself in different cultures - Travelling and learning about the world drives my creativity. I can help with creative projects - even some with a technical edge.

I can share some of my education and help with teaching English.

I was born in Hong Kong and moved to Dubai (due to my father's work) at a young age. We moved a lot when I was younger and I have always felt a sense of comfort in moving and being in new environments. I have had a very varied life which means that I find doing new things and experiences that are challenging quite enjoyable - let's talk and see where I can slot in!

I have some issues with my joints so I regrettably and frustratingly cannot do labour that is extremely strenuous however, I know my limits well and I am very open to discuss what is possible and isn't - so, this will never be an issue for you to worry about.
