Hey there!
I’m Simone, a traveler at heart with a background in tech. Honestly, I'm just excited to step away from the screen and dive into new experiences. I’m all about learning and growing through hands-on work, whether that’s helping out with projects, getting involved in the local community, or trying out something completely new.

I’ve always been drawn to nature and exploring different places. Whether I’m hiking in the mountains or wandering through a city I’ve never been to, I love immersing myself in new environments and meeting people along the way. I’m adaptable, open-minded, and excited to contribute wherever I can.

I’ve worked in shipping for several summers, so I’m no stranger to physical labor and am more than happy to roll up my sleeves and get involved in hands-on tasks.

I have an interest in learning French and Spanish and would love to help others with English. I can read a bit of French, but I’m still improving my fluency. I’m excited to find opportunities where I can practice and develop my language skills further.

I have a background in tech mainly web development. I’ve also developed teaching skills, working with children in grades 5-12, focusing on math and coding. This has helped me build strong communication and problem-solving abilities, especially when explaining complex topics in simple, engaging ways.

I’ve done secretary work, including note-taking and organizing tasks, and I also have experience managing social media, specifically Instagram accounts, where I assist with content creation and engagement. Additionally, I enjoy taking amateur photos and can help with visual content creation. I also have experience with manual labor tasks, lifting and repetitive tasks.

I’m adaptable and hands-on, always eager to contribute, whether in tech, education, creative projects, or behind the scenes with organizational tasks.

Outside of work and language learning, I enjoy camping, exploring the outdoors, and trying new foods from different cultures. I also have a bit of a coin collection that I’ve built up over the years. In my downtime, I enjoy board games and love discovering new ones to play with friends.
