My next destination:
Ecuador - from Feb 2025 until Dec 2025 View allDescription
Hello, future hosts! 🌍
My 2025 resolution is to focus on what I truly love: exploring new cultures, meeting people, and experiencing beautiful landscapes. That’s why I’ve decided to take a break and spend a year discovering Ecuador. By the end of this year, I hope to speak Spanish fluently (¡Sí se puede! 😄).
I’m a curious person who enjoys learning about nature and wildlife. In Ecuador, I’m excited to explore as much as possible, whether that’s hiking, ziplining, snorkeling, or just enjoying the beauty of the surroundings. As a foodie, I’m also looking forward to tasting Ecuadorian dishes.
I’m open-minded, flexible, and independent, with a love for trying new things and taking on different tasks. That’s why Workaway feels like such a perfect fit—it’s an opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute in meaningful ways.
I can’t wait to meet new people and make the most of this adventure together!Interests

More details about your skills
Although I’m new to Workaway, I bring valuable volunteering and professional experiences that I’m excited to share. A few years ago, I spent three weeks in Tanzania volunteering with a local foundation. My responsibilities included project planning, monitoring, searching for sponsorships and funding, and handling communication. This experience taught me so much—I loved living with a local family, working with an incredible team, and experiencing everyday life in a different culture.
Professionally, I work in the non-profit sector, where I’ve gained skills that could be helpful for your projects. I’d be happy to assist with tasks such as building partnerships, finding funding opportunities, drafting and reviewing grant applications, and communication or translation work.
Beyond that, I have hands-on experience in various fields! I’ve worked in hotels cleaning rooms, provided babysitting and au pair services, and gained experience in catering and waitering. I’m also a big fan of manual crafts, especially crochet and ceramics—there’s something so rewarding about creating something with your hands.
I’m versatile, adaptable, and eager to learn. I’m interested in activities like gardening, hostel management, tourism, farming, caring for rescued animals, and so much more. Whatever the task, I’m ready to dive in and make the most of it!
I’m excited to be part of your project, share stories, and learn from the experience.Age
