Hi! I’m Zak, from London but born and raised in Sweden. A few years ago, I left my digital marketing career to embark on a year-long journey along the Silk Road, traveling overland through Greece, the Caucasus, Central Asia, and India. I’m passionate about connecting with local people, learning their cultures, and creating meaningful experiences.

After 15 years in London, I’m ready for a change and plan to immerse myself in Spanish culture. I’ve visited Seville and Valencia, and I hope to make Spain my long-term home while learning the language and embracing the lifestyle.

I’ve volunteered on a sustainable farm in Turkey, helped build a yoga retreat in Georgia, and worked in hostels doing reception and housekeeping. I bring a proactive, respectful, and collaborative attitude to every project, always aiming to make a positive impact.

I value respect, simplicity, and intentional living. I believe in appreciating nature, fostering meaningful connections, and living in harmony with people and the planet. Social and environmental justice guide my actions, and I’m always eager to learn and grow.

¡Hola! Soy Zak, de Londres, pero nací y crecí en Suecia. Hace unos años, dejé mi carrera de marketing digital para embarcarme en un viaje de un año por la Ruta de la Seda, viajando por tierra a través de Grecia, el Cáucaso, Asia Central e India. Me apasiona conectar con la gente local, aprender sobre sus culturas y crear experiencias significativas.

Después de 15 años en Londres, estoy listo para un cambio y planeo sumergirme en la cultura española. He visitado Sevilla y Valencia, y espero hacer de España mi hogar a largo plazo mientras aprendo el idioma y adopto el estilo de vida.

Fui voluntario en una granja sustentable en Turquía, ayudé a construir un retiro de yoga en Georgia y trabajé en albergues haciendo recepción y limpieza. Aporto una actitud proactiva, respetuosa y colaborativa a cada proyecto, siempre con el objetivo de generar un impacto positivo.

Valoro el respeto, la sencillez y la vida intencional. Creo en apreciar la naturaleza, fomentar conexiones significativas y vivir en armonía con las personas y el planeta. La justicia social y ambiental guían mis acciones, y siempre estoy ansiosa por aprender y crecer.
