Hi! I'm Kurnia, a mother of three daughters living in a friendly and culturally rich neighborhood in Malang, East Java. Our home is always full of energy, warmth, and meaningful activities. When you stay with us, you’ll be part of our family and community.
👧 Meet My Daughters
We are a homeschooling family! So our daughters are used to learning in creative and flexible ways:
🎤 My first daughter (14 y.o.) is fluent in English, even more confident than me! She loves public speaking and plays the guitar.
🎹 My second daughter is learning German and piano, and enjoys exploring new cultures.
👧 Our youngest is always curious and happy to join any fun activity.
We’d love to find volunteers who not only help the neighborhood kids, but also enjoy spending time with our family, especially doing activities like:
🎨 Sharing music, art, or language with the girls
🏞️ Going for walks, swimming, or doing light exercise together
🗣️ Practicing English (or German!) through daily conversation
📚 Helping with creative homeschool projects
💬 Volunteer Activities in Our Community
Besides spending time with our family, you can also be involved in:
🏘️ Teaching basic English to children in our neighborhood (no experience needed!)
🏫 Supporting school classes if you're interested
🛕 Exploring cultural sites (villages, temples, museums) with us
🎭 Attending local cultural events and performances
💡 Or bringing your own ideas – we’re open and happy to collaborate!

Alojamiento
We have one room available, with a bathroom inside that includes a sitting toilet.
For meals, we usually serve home-cooked traditional food prepared by my mother in the morning.
If you have any allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can prepare an alternative meal for you.
