  Help to teach English a family is my proyect Social, Lima - Peru.
  
  To all those interested in working on the Projecto Lima in Peru:
  We would be, happy to have you here.
  Children are extremely enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  
  Magdalena's house is small and simple, but equally warm and hospitable. There are plenty of small stores and restaurants nearby where you can get food if you want; you certainly won't ever go hungry. Magdalena herself is an absolutely wonderful human being, and her children are equally super buena onda. Her level of English is quite basic, so just conversing with her is good, and she'll benefit from absolutely anything you can teach her about English. She's also clearly dedicated to learning, and just needs a lot more exposure to the language.
  
  We are always looking for compassionate and enthusiastic volunteers willing to devote as much time as possible to helping children.
  
  As a volunteer you are not required to have special skills or a professional background, but if a positive attitude,
  A sensitivity to the background of children and young people
  And patience.
  
  - Volunteers will instruct children on how to play new and different sports that they can bring from their own country.
  - Volunteers can support the education of students and share their experience of other cultures.
  
  Lima is a big and confusing city, but Ñaña is a lot calmer. To get to Ñaña, you have to take two different buses which seem to pass quite often (it takes about 2:15 hours to get from the Plaza de Armas to Ñaña). Ñaña is a whole lot calmer than Lima. There is a university nearby which seems to be the center of activities for the community; they have basketball courts, futbol fields, a swimming pool, a library, and even an emergency room.
