Cooking - Love it! Professionally trained. I love the classics - French, English, Italian and am always looking for inspiration and to try new things.
Building & Construction - I have good knowledge and experience of carpentry, bricklaying and roofing. I'm really keen on reclamation projects, re-using materials and building in a sustainable manner (cost efficiency). I love to work on restoration projects, and have experience with traditional materials and methods .e.g. limewash
Gardening - Keen and enthusiastic, I cannot claim to have extensive plant knowledge but enjoy learning. I'm good with most garden machinery.
Art & Design - I did Fine Art at University and enjoy painting and drawing.
Music - Love singing and dancing and am incredible at both! (Delusional). I cant play an instrument but can actually beat mix vinal Drum & Bass.
