I’m from northern canada and raised my three sons off-grid and low impact. I have contributed to my community also over the years and have wanted to travel since my kids grew up. I love working alongside others toward a shared goal, learning new skills, sharing life stories and Humour:) I have traveled to Czechia to learn more the approach to outdoor education and am looking for workaway opportunities to fill in my spare time here.

I have lived off grid and without a year round road in a cold country with 8 months winter and a large summer garden. It was always a lot of work, which I enjoyed especially when sharing the load with others. Gardening, preserving, cleaning, cooking, carpentry, and general manual labour. ..
