Hey, nice to meet you!

I'm Iona, 20 years old and from the UK - After finishing school I decided to go straight into work since I wasn't sure what I wanted to do at university. Since then I've worked in a law firm, on a horse competition yard, housekeeping at a 5 star hotel, walking/caring for dogs and travelled across the UK to work at different festivals while camping in all kinds of weather. Currently working in a temporary office job which finishes in May which is why I am here to seek a new experience and perspectives in this world...

I'm very interested in other people's stories, how people have chosen different paths and learning about who they are and what they do, it's been my dream to go travelling and finally want to make the leap to do it on my own!

I’m friendly, sociable and have a relaxed nature - while also enjoying time alone. I’m laid-back, low-maintenance, and highly adaptable, so I’m easy to live with and always ready to help out wherever I’m needed. I’m handy with general housekeeping, customer service roles, and manual tasks, and I’m a quick learner for any job you might need done. Whether it’s gardening, cleaning, or helping with daily chores, I’m happy to pitch in.

I am very physically active and enjoy running, currently learning a mix of martial arts, snowboarding and have owned and ridden horses for over 10 years. Other things I love is dance, art, music, animals and would like to learn more about cooking from others.
