Just graduated college with a bachelors degree in Earth Science, and want to travel and experience as much as I can, first-hand, before deciding a "career path". I love playing soccer, enjoying all sorts of music, being outdoors, and meeting new people.
I just had my first workaway experience in Munich, Germany working a pop-up hostel for Oktoberfest, and am now helping a host family learn English in Turin, Italy. I plan to return to America over the holidays, and come back to continue doing workaway in Europe after the new year.

Having played team sports for most of my life, mostly soccer, but also baseball, basketball, and ultimate frisbee, I developed great leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. Through my college coursework, I picked up skills in physical sciences like geology, hydrology biology, and chemistry. I'm a quick learner, and flexible to doing many kinds of work.

I stayed for only 8 days, but had an incredible time and was able to see the mountains, lake, and Chambery city center in that short amount of time. Helped out with some painting and sanding, Morgane and Davide were both so welcoming and generous, I would have loved to have a longer stay.

We had a very good experience with Joel in October , we spent togheter all the day during weekends sharing nice experiences and speaking English to improve our knowledge of the language .
He adapted easily to our habits ,our food and he partecipated in the proposed activities with enthusiasm .
