Hello! I'm Marcela, a work exchange enthusiast, and I'm new here on Workaway.

Last year, I did my first volunteering in Santiago, Chile, and it was an amazing experience that made me want it even more! :D

My passion for travel, exploring new places and meeting people is a constant in my life. I believe that every destination has something unique to offer, whether it's a fascinating culture, breathtaking landscape or an inspiring community.

I just became a digital nomad, and that opened up the world for me to explore, learn from different perspectives, and most importantly, be able to contribute meaningfully with each volunteering opportunity.

Currently, I work with social media and paid advertisements on the internet. However, I'm adaptable, flexible and willing to learn. I like challenges and I am open to new experiences.

I'm excited for this new phase of my life, meeting other volunteers like me, sharing stories, learning, helping and, of course, bonding with people who share the same spirit as me.

I'm ready to embark on the next journey, I can't wait for it! :)

Social media: It was in the world of digital marketing that I found myself, working with social networks (Instagram and Facebook), paid online advertising and blogs.

Photo and video: I love to take photos, record and edit videos as a hobby for my work with social media.

Decoration: I am an architect by training, so I have knowledge in decoration and organization of spaces. I like manual activities like crafts, painting, etc.

Cleaning: skills in cleaning services and house organization.

Gardening: I sometimes help my father with the garden at home.

Customer service: I've worked in a customer relationship center and I've also helped welcoming people at events and restaurants.
