Hello my name is Emma, I am a 20 year old girl, who loves to travel.
I'm motivated by new experiences, both social and cultural. Exploring new places, meeting new people and trying new things keep me energized.

Emma is fluent in German and would love to share the culture and language. The same goes for English and Danish for both of us. We know the basics of spanish grammar, as it was our main subject through highschool, so we may be able to teach at a low beginners level, such as help with homework.

We both have a lot of experience in service and cleaning. Emma has worked with professional cleaning, while Matilde has experience with the cleaning that comes along with working busy restaurants. We both love children and have babysat professionally and privately. Together we share a passion for art and have hosted drawing classes, as well as workshops in making jewellery with lamp working. We both love animals and Matilde takes riding classes and has worked in a stable. Emma speaks Danish, German and English as she is part German and Matilde is part Danish and part English.

We love to go on hikes and explore (one of the main reasons we want to visit New Zealand).We love exiting culinary experiences as well as cooking new dishes and sharing them with new friends. We are also very fond of all animals.

Matilda and Emma did a great job of planning and preparing delicious meals, walking the dogs, helping in the garden and with housework. It was great being able to show them around town and country and it was great to see their enjoyment of their time with us. Welcome back any time.

we can only recommend staying with Steve! we had a great time at his place and Steve is an excellent tour guide so we got so much out of the 5 days we stayed in Whanganui. You get a great sense of community staying with Steve and there was a very good balance between work and exploring! thank you so much again for everything!

We can highly recommend staying with Judy and Phil! we stayed for four days but had a wonderful time! Judy is extremely accommodating and we felt so at home at their place. Emma and Matilde were lovely to spend time with and were interesting to chat to. They willingly did anything asked of them and theyworked hard - mainly in our garden and walking the dogs. I hope they enjoy their time in New Zealand and will one day come back to visit us. We would be happy to have them come and stay any time.

We stayed with Alice for about a week and had a wonderful time. Alice lives in a beautiful house with a view over diamond harbour and she also took os to see beautiful Akaroa. We are really grateful for the time we got to spend there, the things we got to see and experience, and for Alice making us feel so welcome and safe as it was our first stop
