Hola! I am Menno and I am living as a nomad, together with my campervan 'El Padre Sol' 🚐🌞 We are following the sun in Spain and are always open for new adventures, to learn new skills and to meet wonderful people, projects and places.

I was born and raised in The Netherlands. After adventures in South-Africa and America I started living abroad in 2018: Thailand, Australia, Bali, Myanmar, Malaysia, Austria, Spain and Morocco. Nowadays it is mostly Spain and I love it here ☺️

I am open for opportunities to exchange stuff like knowledge (about personal development, off grid life, permaculture, holistic health, spirituality and more), languages (I speak Dutch, English and Spanish) and fun (I like sports, hiking, cycling, yoga, acrogym and I am in for many other things). And off course for places with a nice energy and vibration (& a lot of sun) where 'El Padre Sol' and I can stay for a while. I am open minded, always in for new challenges and appreciate honesty and sincerity very much.

I dropped my job as a freelance sportswriter so I can fully focus on the new steps in my journey, like travelling, community life and writing my own book. The Story for the book I am living right now, so you might end up somewhere in a chapter 😉

I love animals, nature and sports. Freedom, connection and health are my most important personal values.
