I'm a wanderer at heart. I love exploring and seeing new things, places and people.
If coffee was a language I'd be fluent. I've followed it from a tiny seed growing in volcanic soil to white jasmine scented flowers that cover its branches like snow to rich dark red cherries picked by hand and meticulously processed and dried just so.
I love photography, especially nature and flowers with vibrant colors and the light dancing on dew drops.
I've traveled on foot, bicycle, bus, train, car and plane.
I've been married and divorced and I have three wonderful grown sons.
I've decided it's time to continue my education by learning how other cultures experience life and to see the world through their eyes and try to walk in their shoes.

I've been a business owner, running a window cleaning business for twenty years.
I've worked in the computer industry doing global support for a thin client company as well as trouble shooting, repairs and research. I've worked worked on a coffee farm in Hawaii for five plus years doing field maintenance, management and coffee cherry processing. More recently I built a coffee farm from scratch, clearing land, planting 4,000 trees and setting up irrigation. My favorite thing to do is playing with rocks, meaning wall and stair building!
