I'm Elena. I have a big heart for people and animals of all kinds. I also find it exciting to get to know new cultures and new people. I enjoy reading,playing games,gardening, Zumba, cooking and be in nature.
It's important to me to live in harmony with nature and contribute to a sustainable approach to our environment. I've never worked Workaway but I really look forward to do it.

I am a qualified social pedagogue and therefore have a special flair for working with children. I enjoy supporting them in their development and helping them to discover their strengths. I also love cooking and am always trying out new recipes. I am always willing to learn new things - whether in the kitchen or in other areas of life. Sometimes I help in a permaculture garden.

I really enjoyed my stay at Amanda's and Jay's place. It was always fun, spending time with the kids, their main teacher Caroline or the other volunteers. If you search a wonderful, quiet, relaxing and peaceful place, this is the best. High recommendation to get there :)

Elena was fabulous , dedicated to the childrens learning and receptive to daily tasks required at the school.
She was punctual, hardworking and energetic. Welcome back anytime and highly recommend Elena to any other hosts.

Negar and Gwendall are awesome hosts! They live in paradise: they have a beautiful garden, three cute dogs and their house is only a few minutes away from the jungle. Ellena was a wonderful addition to our place! Always smiling and full of positive energy, she brought a great attitude to every task. She helped with maintenance and cleaning of the guesthouse, worked on the land, did some wrecking, and even took on tougher jobs like building raised beds for planting crops.
