Hei!

We're two siblings looking for some Workaway opportunities this spring. I(Jenny) am already starting my travel beginning of February, while Olav will join from end of march. Therefore you'll likely get the bonus of extra hands, but the details of this will of course be confirmed with whomever would want to host us.

- !Update: Olav is currently back home, and I'm (Jenny) currently solo travelling. -

We come from a steepmountain sheepfarm in a tiny norwegian village on the west coast. At our farm we have been hosting workawayers the past 10 years. Growing up as hosts we have gained some understanding of how wonderful Workaway is as a help for hosts and culture exchange both ways. It's about time to give some back and experience sitting on the other side of the table. We're both used to manual work and animals, and are not afraid to get our hands dirty. We hope that our knowledge and experience can be of help for hosts here, at the same time as we look forward to be learning alot and gaining new skills.

Jenny has different work experience during and after taking a bachelor in Social work. This work varies from administring studentwelfare, to guiding, planning and assisting activities for children of different ages.

Olav has been working in a variety of handyjobs where he has been assisting proffesional carpenters. He also spent some time working for the local groceryshop.

We both have a strong interest in outdoor activities and like to be active going skiing, hiking, swimming or bouldering, etc. At the same time we can enjoy a quiet evening playing boardgames or watching a good movie.

Even though farming would be the field we have most experience in, we're also interested in other kinds of work; hospitality, housesitting, babysitting etc. The main goals are to get out of the comfortzone, learn something new, meet new people and of course help out where we can.
