Hey I'm Justin! I'm currently living in Houston, Texas. I've travelled all around the US and in Asia when I was studying abroad for a year. I went to school for Computer Science, but after working in the industry for a year I realized it wasn't what I wanted to spend my life doing.
I'm introverted , but I like to meet new people and learn about different cultures and perspectives. I like to read about history, political science, ecology, and evolution. Ecology and especially agroforestry is what got me to search for an opportunity like Workaway. Ernst Gotsch's work in syntropic agriculture has sparked my interest in farming. I also like to workout, walk my dog, listen to music, and watch documentaries.

I have experience home gardening and working a job maintaining tropical plants for an interior plant company. I think my interest in ecology will accelerate my ability to learn the ins and outs of farming.
I have built many cabinets, bookshelves and desks from Ikea. I don't have any professional experience in woodworking or carpentry, but I am eager to learn!
I have experience with building computers and have worked in software (Salesforce Consultant) so I can help with social media or web projects.
