Hello all! I am Keely Lane and I am beyond excited to start with workaway. I am a solo traveller and have been making my way around australia, south asia, now central america. I love connecting with others, helping with projects I am passionate about, and going on adventures. I am a very hard worker when I am invested in a project, and I love meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. Travel brings me happiness and helping others motivates me. I have lived on a private remote island working in an orchard taking care of fruits, veggies, and herbs. I also have worked as a nanny in australia. I have done a lot of art works and even was commissioned to do a giant collage mural on a hostel wall. I am very interested in learning how to live sustainably off-grid. I am a hard worker and enjoy doing physical labor and working up an appetite.

I love dancing, i think its an amazing way to exercise and express your motions at the same time. I enjoy getting others involved in dance parties, it brings laughs and good moments and everyone feels better when its done. I love card games- uno, speed, spoons and more recently a french game called batte de coux. (i hope i spelled that correctly). i do tarot readings in my spare time and i also love doing henna designs. Art is a big hobby of mine- painting, drawing, collages- i love it all!
