Je suis étudiante en école d’ingénieur et je me spécialise en écologie de la conservation afin de participer à la protection des milieux naturels. Je suis une passionnée de nature et de montagne, j’aime donc passer du temps dehors que ce soit pour faire des photos, de la rando ou encore du trail et de l'escalade. J’aime être entourée d’animaux, j’aide d’ailleurs régulièrement une petite ferme qui produit du fromage de chèvre. Concernant mes activités “indoor” je lis énormément et j’adore cuisiner.

Je voudrais profiter de mon année de césure pour avoir des expériences qui sortent du cadre scolaire et surtout où je pourrais être utile, que ce soit en travaillant dans une ferme, en participant à des éco projets, et bien d'autres choses. Cette année est aussi l’occasion pour moi de perfectionner mon anglais et de progresser en italien.

Je suis une personne dynamique et volontaire et je n’ai pas peur de me salir les mains ;)

I’m a french student in an engineering school and I am specialized in conservation ecology in order to take part in the protection of wildlife. I am passionate about nature and mountains, so I like to spend time outdoors whether it is to take photos, hike, or even trail run and climbimg. I enjoy being surrounded by animals, by the way I often help a small farm that produces goat cheese. Regarding my “indoor” activities, I read a lot and I love to cook.

I would like to take advantage of my gap year to have experiences that are aside from the school framework and especially where I could be useful, whether it is by working on a farm, participating in eco projects, and many other things. This year is also an opportunity for me to improve my English and progress in Italian.

I am a dynamic and enthusiastic person and I am not afraid to get my hands dirty ;)

Que habilidades tienes?

Tout d'abord, mes études m'ont beaucoup apporté. La classe prépa m'a appris à travailler beaucoup, ensuite mon école m'a enseigné des savoirs très divers autour de l'environnement. Lors de ma première année j'ai réalisé un stage dans une chevrerie qui produit son fromage, depuis je les aides régulièrement. Je me suis également occupée d'associations, notamment une association naturaliste où je 'occupez de l'aspect agricole, de la sensibilisation à l'environnement au près des jeunes mais également de la trésorerie. Ensuite, en dehors de mes études je pratique la photographie, notamment animalière mais j'aime également saisir des instants de la vie de tous les jours. C'est avec plaisir que je cuisine, j'ai d'ailleurs travailler dans un restaurant pendant mes études. Je ne suis pas experte en jardinage mais j'aime mettre la main à la pâte et j'apprendrais volontier à tenir un potager ! Je m'occupe de mes chiens depuis toute petite et peux également m'occupez de vos animaux :) Je ne rechigne pas devant les taches difficiles en extérieur au contraire, travailler de mes mains est aussi un des buts de ma césure.
Le français est ma langue maternelle, je suis à l'aise en anglais bien que je ne sois pas encore bilingue, et je suis actuellement en train d'apprendre l'italien. Workaway pourrait être l'occasion de faire un échange de bons procédés linguistiques ;)

First of all, regarding my studies. The preparatory class taught me to work very hard,, then my engineering school taught me very diverse knowledge about the environment. During my first year, I did an internship in a goat farm that produces its cheese, since then I have helped them regularly. I have also been involved in student organizations, in particular a naturalist one where I take care of the agricultural aspect, of raising awareness about the environment among young people but also of the treasury. Then, outside of my studies I practice photography, in particular wildlife photography but I also like to capture moments of everyday life. I enjoy cooking, speaking of which, I worked in a restaurant during my studies. I am not an expert in gardening but I like to get my hands dirty and I would gladly learn to run a vegetable garden! I have been taking care of my dogs since I was little and can also take care of your animals :) I don't shy away from difficult tasks outdoors. On the contrary, working with my hands is also one of the goals of my gap year.
French is my mother tongue, I am comfortable with English although I am not bilingual yet, and I am currently learning Italian.
