I'm currently on a six-month trip through Asia, and I'm looking for opportunities to volunteer my time and energy, immerse myself in different cultures and communities, and connect with likeminded humans who are doing amazing things in the world.
I'm currently pursuing my doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I'm taking some online classes while I travel, and I'll return to the US in April to complete my clinical courses and take the board exams. When I'm not studying, I love to practice yoga, dance, meditate, learn new things, explore natural places, and spend quality time with my loved ones.

Yoga - I've been teaching vinyasa and yin yoga for seven years, and I'm always happy to offer classes if there is space/interest.
Gardening - I've grown my own small gardens and helped with plant care on a few homesteads and farms. I'm especially interested in gaining more experience in this area, specifically with permaculture and regenerative methods.
Cooking - I can make clean, healthy, and delicious plant-based food to share.
Childcare - I love working with kids! I have experience nannying, tutoring all ages, and teaching children's yoga and English classes.
Hospitality - I have experience volunteering in hostels and organizing events/activities for other travelers.
I'm a very fast learner and can handle pretty much any task with proper guidance. I'm always happy to help out wherever I'm needed!
