Hello! I’m Raluca, I’m 32, originally from Romania but I’ve lived in UK for a very long time (too long)!

I will be traveling in South America for the next 6-7 months, and I am looking to meet interesting people and have interesting experiences. Back home in London, I work in community grant-making, mainly in the art sector and in social movements. I have a background in the arts (my degree was in photography), so I am always happy to help with art projects. I am also a fully accredited Level 5 TEFL teacher.

This is my 5th time backpacking, and during my previous travels I have done a lot of volunteering along the way. I have a lot of experience in working in hostels, as well as working with kids and in animal shelters. I am also an experienced barista, and I have volunteered in coffee farms and roasteries in Vietnam and Indonesia. I would love to learn more about coffee in South America. I love reading, tarot. cats and decolonisation!

I am super friendly and reliable, and I love to cook and get to know new people. Y hablo español :)
