Hi! My name is Sofie.
This summer I finished a 1 year course, in Norway, learning about traditional crafts, self sufficiency, farming and much more. Now I'm looking for the next chapter.
I love to learn and I'm looking for hosts that are willing to offer explanations and show me how the work is done.
I'm really interested in learning about building with natural materials! I also love to work with farming, vegetable and animals.
I like to live close to nature, I can be independent and like to have time for myself, but also to spend time with others, Ideally I would like to be part of a group, community or with other workawayers, at the hosts place or in the local area.
I care about organic, environmental friendly, low wast projects and living, where the hole life of what is made/ build/ used is thought about, and hope to find people that share these values.
I like physical work and find it 10 times more fun when there is a good flow and therefor I don't have the need to count the hours and often end up working more then the agreed amount of hours.

I have experience with wood carving, child care, tanning leather, willow weaving, planting sowing and harvesting. I'm comfortable in a kitchen and have little experience with cob house building.
