  Description

  We welcome a strong handy helper or couple, on Gondwana Sanctuary community.
  We are close to BYRON BAY.
  Our place on Gondwana Sanctuary community is a few minutes from Tyagarah Nature reserve with its black Tea-tree Lakes and Ocean.
  We are located, 9 minutes drive to BYRON BAY and 9 minutes drive to Mullumbimby N.S.W.
  The accommodation we offer is a new eco-tiny home, with a kitchenette. There is a Queen-size bed with a good quality mattress and clean washed sheets.
  We have a hot-water-shower and a composting toilet, see picture. It is most suitable for people who can handle country living with insects, lots of birds, chicken and wallabies etc.
  I am very happy with the help of a strong handy helper as there are still some things to be done on the home and some tough weeds, to be pulled and brush-cutting, pruning etc.
  Also, other tasks like cleaning & odd tasks around the house in exchange for rent.
  We like to offer accommodation in exchange for helping 3 hours, 5 days.
  Which means, you can choose and cook your own food.
  Help includes handy tasks odd tasks around the house, gardening, weeding, mulching and watering, planting in the flower-garden, vegetable-garden, Native Bush-generation forest, in the orchard, around and outside the house and swimming pool and also general cleaning in the house.
  Help with my website is very much appreciated.
  There is mobile phone reception for calling and internet.
  We also have some shared community activities, like a weekly land-care-group, a monthly working Bee.
  We have communal buildings like a Meditation Hall with 2 meditations per day offered, a meeting-place with TV, Wi-Fi, pool-table and table-tennis area.
  We have a "Conserve Wildlife" sign at our drive.
  There is an abundant wild-life here with Wallabies, Echidna's, Bandicoots, ants, spiders, snakes, Koala's, Water-dragons hundreds of bird-species as well as 2 Chicken.
  Even though it is very quiet and peaceful, you can within 2km. walk in a nature reserve, swim in the ocean or warm Tee-tree lake, jump out of a plane with a parachute, go up in the air by hot-air balloon, fly a plane and enjoy the Blues-Festival and more.

  There is so much to experience in our place a sanctuary community close to Tyagarah Nature reserve with its black Tea-tree Lakes and official Nude Beach. I give 'Massage in warm water sessions'. Come and experience it. There is a Meditation Hall with 2 meditations per day a ping-pong and pool-table. Learning different Eco projects.
