  Description

  We are a UK/Irish couple living in the Italian mountains. Occasionally we travel to the UK and other parts of Europe in our camper van and at that time need someone to stay at our place and look after our Norwegian Forest cat Magnus and also water a few house and balcony plants and herbs. We live in a beautiful part of the Alps and are surrounded by mountains and walking and biking trails. We are just 5k from a train station that has direct trains to Turin. For road cyclists we are close to some of the famous mountain climbs from the Giro d'Italia and Tour de France.

  We work in the ski industry and are close to several ski resorts with thriving international communities. Although most of our direct neighbours are Italian there are lots of English speaking people living in the local area and we can point you in their direction.

  Aide

  Magnus is quite an independent cat and a bit stand-off ish with new people, however after you have fed him a few meals he will be your friend. Duties will include feeding him in the morning and evening, letting him out to explore during the day, cleaning out the litter tray each day, brushing him along with some treats and playing some games if he engages.

  Hébergement

  You will have your own room (made up as a single or double bed) and use of the rest of the apartment (kitchen, living room and bathroom). Workawayers will be cooking for themselves.

  Due to our location it would be good to have a car or a bike or scooter to get around. The nearest village store is 10 minutes walk but for bars and restaurants and bigger shops it is around 5k.

  Magnus (7 ans)

  Magnus is a Norwegian Forest cat. Male and weighs around 8kg, large for a cat. He has long hair which needs regular brushing.
