  Description

  The property where I live has been uninhabited and neglected for over 20 years. I've been living in the old farmhouse with running spring water in the house for two years. The roof is watertight and there is now electricity. Life here is very simple, there is still no bathroom. Just an open-air bathtub and shower.
  There is an agricultural cooperative nearby that produces sheep and cheese. The neighbors are within sight and a five-minute walk away. Most of my neighbors are German-speaking. I myself am German.
  As an artist, I make projects with the materials that are available on site and there are many, many things that can be used to create, natural limestone, wood, branches, stones, sandstone slabs, clay, teaching ....
  
  My wish to build an entrance gate out of branches became reality in 2023.
  
  In addition to the handicraft work, I would like to invite artists to use the space and the possibilities of the place for artistic projects.
  
  The construction and expansion of the construction trailer has begun. We are building sections. We will start with the second section in September 2024. In addition to the connections for water and wastewater and the stove pipe are on the schedule. Only simple tasks are involved, everything else is carried out by specialists.
  It is a women's building site.

  La proprietà in cui vivo è rimasta disabitata e trascurata per oltre 20 anni. Da due anni vivo nella vecchia casa colonica con acqua corrente di sorgente in casa. Il tetto è ora a tenuta stagna e c'è l'elettricità. La vita qui è molto semplice, non c'è ancora un bagno. Solo un bagno e una doccia all'aperto.
  Nelle vicinanze c'è una cooperativa agricola che produce pecore e formaggio. I vicini sono a portata di mano e a cinque minuti di cammino. La maggior parte dei miei vicini è di lingua tedesca. Io stessa sono tedesca.
  Come artista, realizzo progetti con i materiali che sono disponibili sul posto e ci sono molte, molte cose che possono essere utilizzate per creare, pietra calcarea naturale, legno, rami, pietre, lastre di arenaria, argilla, insegnamento .....
  
  Il mio desiderio di costruire un cancello d'ingresso con i rami è diventato realtà nel 2023.
  
  Oltre ai lavori artigianali, vorrei invitare gli artisti a utilizzare lo spazio e le possibilità del luogo per progetti artistici.
  
  È iniziata la costruzione e l'ampliamento del rimorchio di costruzione. Stiamo costruendo delle sezioni. La seconda sezione inizierà il settembre 2024. Oltre alle sono in programma gli allacciamenti per l'acqua e le acque reflue e il tubo della stufa. Si tratta solo di lavori semplici, tutto il resto è realizzato da specialisti.

  Hébergement

  There are four rooms in the house, two of them are expanded. I sleep in one.
  I largely eat with organically grown food. Fresh bread is available in the neighborhood once a week.
  It is no problem to cook and eat vegetarian or vegan.
  
  Ci sono quattro stanze in casa, due delle quali sono ampliate. Dormo in uno.

  There is no public transport right at the house, but there is always someone who takes you in the car, to the bus stop, to the train station or for shopping.
  
  Perugia, Assi, Orvieto, Bolsena See or the Trasimeno are very nice destinations.
  The direct environment offers a very nice panoramic view in all directions, which can be experienced on foot or with the mountain bike.
  
  Non esiste un trasporto pubblico proprio a casa, ma c'è sempre qualcuno che ti porta in macchina, alla fermata dell'autobus, alla stazione ferroviaria o per lo shopping.
  
  Perugia, Assi, Orvieto, Lago di Bolsena o il Trasimeno sono destinazioni molto belle.
  L'ambiente diretto offre una vista panoramica molto bella in tutte le direzioni, che può essere sperimentata a piedi o con la mountain bike.
